Instructional Strategies
The techniques that faculty use to teach their class or instruct their students are Instructional Strategies. Instructors use many strategies to make the strategy effective, including adapting to learning styles, actively engaging students, and helping students become independent learners (Moore, 2014). Instructional strategies also refer to specific methods instructors use to help learners achieve their learning goals (Yang, 2017). Educational leaders need to have skills to inspire and motivate teachers. A leader does that by providing clear direction and support to the teachers through effective communication and planning (indeed.com, 2022). A leader needs to equip teachers with the tools to help them succeed.

Leadership in the Age of AI
In today’s world of rapid technological advancements, the nature of leadership has transformed. The rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other technologies that support AI and data analysis has reshaped industries and challenged traditional leadership models that once thrived in more predictable environments.

Open Access
Open Access is reshaping the landscape of education and research; revolutionizing the way we support students, gather data, conduct classes, and engage in scholarly pursuits. This paradigm shift not only enhances access to education but also democratizes the realm of research. As educators and active contributors to the research community, it is imperative for us to acknowledge and address the critical issue of access, ensuring that the doors to high-quality education and research are open to all.
